THE SPACE

1. Location and access

20 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes to the beach. Palma, palm-lined roads, photogenic towns and open countryside, all within 30 minutes. Any look you need is a short drive away.

2. Privacy and land

A stone finca on 19,000m² of private, green land, with a pool, parking space, gardens and indoor locations. Set apart from the neighbours, and 10 minutes from the supermarkets and local spots. Quiet enough to work freely, close enough to never be stuck.

3. Shoot-ready

A dedicated room with a full floor-to-ceiling white wall. Camera equipment, lighting and grip gear available on site. For larger productions, Wild Rust LaPalma, our classic car garage and studio, offers overhead lighting and room for bigger crews, 10 minutes from the house.

4. Music-minded

Mid-century interiors with a feel for sound. International & national artists have gone onto recording music here, the likes of Laurence Guy, Moodtalk, Paula Tape, Pere Navarro, Elsked and more.

5. Inside the house
290 m² of mid-century and Mediterranean interiors. Four rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, work well as dressing, hair and make-up, or wardrobe spaces. There is a separate kitchen, and a main lounge that doubles as the music room, with four vintage speakers and music gear set up. Starlink high-speed wifi throughout.

A separate room with floor-to-ceiling backdrops handles small studio-style shoots, so you can shoot the look inside, then step straight outside to the grounds. Neighbours are far away, so shoots and sessions run freely. Anything unusually loud we agree in advance.
Crew of up to 15 on site. Fashion, campaign, film, music and content shoots. Production insurance can be arranged on request.

6. Beyond the house
We have direct access to horses, classic cars, catering, large sized studio & locations, so a shoot can go well past the walls of the house.
